Senior A/C Technician

We are hiring for our Facility Management Division

Job Role:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various types of air conditioning systems, including split units, central air systems, all electricals and plumbing systems .
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating parts.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure prompt corrective action.
• Diagnose and repair AC system malfunctions, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and mechanical failures.
• Follow HVAC codes, regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and safe working conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.

Additional Requirements:

• Driving License ,
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of managing a team
• Aware about Health and safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with all types of AC systems
• Should be able to train new staff
• Physically fit to handle HVAC equipment and capable of working in confined spaces, rooftops, and hot environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Good communication skills and a polite, professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
