Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AC Technician to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong experience in HVAC system installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of all types of AC systems including Split Units, Package Units, VRF/VRV Systems, DX Units, FAHU, AHU, FCU, and Chilled Water Systems.
• Must have strong understanding of HVAC electrical and control systems.
• Experience in refrigeration system modification, gas charging, leak testing, and compressor troubleshooting.
• Experience in heat pump and cold pump installation, maintenance, and repair works.
• Knowledge in chilled water system maintenance and chiller maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, control wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience in handling HVAC tools, testing instruments, and control devices.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown maintenance procedures.
• Familiar with safety procedures and site work practices.
• Ability to identify faults quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in ducting, piping, insulation, and air balancing works.
• Basic knowledge of Building Management System (BMS) and control integration will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle site activities independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE driving license is compulsory

Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control-related faults in AC equipment.
• Attend service calls and complete work within the assigned timeline.
• Maintain service records and report technical issues to management.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to safety standards and company procedures.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

· ITI or Diploma certificate

· Minimum 4 years’ experience.

· Good communication skill in English
