About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior AC Technician cum Driver to join our team in Al Barsha 1, Dubai. This dual-role position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments, along with driving responsibilities as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split units, ducted systems, HVAC, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Safely handle refrigerants in compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
• Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
• Drive to job sites and assist with transportation of tools, equipment, and team members as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an AC Technician (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, controls, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• HVAC certification or diploma preferred
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
