Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Planning & Curriculum Development
- Plan and implement the academic calendar.
- Supervise curriculum design and ensure syllabus completion on time.
- Ensure alignment with board guidelines and school standards.
- Monitor lesson plans and teaching strategies.
2. Faculty Supervision & Support
- Guide and mentor teachers for effective classroom management.
- Conduct regular classroom observations.
- Organize teacher training and professional development programs.
- Assist in recruitment and evaluation of teaching staff.
3. Student Performance Monitoring
- Review students’ academic progress.
- Analyze exam results and suggest improvement strategies.
- Coordinate remedial and enrichment programs.
- Address academic concerns of students and parents.
4. Examination & Assessment Management
- Plan and supervise internal assessments and examinations.
- Ensure fair and smooth conduct of exams.
- Monitor evaluation and result preparation process.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a bridge between Principal, teachers, students, and parents.
- Conduct academic meetings and workshops.
- Maintain academic records and reports.
6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure academic excellence and discipline.
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies.
- Maintain educational standards and school reputation.
7. Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in relevant subject (B.Ed. mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience
- 2–3 years of academic coordination/leadership experience preferred
