Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Client Servicing (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in an advertising or creative agency environment. You will work closely with 1–2 Senior Account Managers to manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
• Support Senior Account Managers in developing briefs, timelines, and project plans.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Arabic-speaking candidate based in Dubai (or open to relocation).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about client success.
