Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executives are the ones who keep projects on track and clients happy. You’ll take more responsibility in leading events, activations, and campaigns, while guiding junior team members and making sure everything runs smoothly.


What you'll do:

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for client communication, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Take ownership of tactical campaign delivery from briefing to execution, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Write clear and compelling creative briefs, and manage internal reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Coordinate across creative, media, and PR teams to integrate campaign outputs.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Prepare post-campaign reviews and recommend improvements for future activity.


Requirements:

  • Emirati talent with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or events
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in handling multiple projects
  • Positive attitude, professional presence, and a passion for advertising
  • A team player with the drive to take on more leadership
