Senior Account Manager

We are seeking experienced Senior Account Managers who have a proven track record in sales and account management within food delivery industry in UAE or GCC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring restaurants, managing relationships with our restaurant partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.


Responsibilities:


Restaurant Acquisition:

  • Proactively acquire restaurant partners by initiating and closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts with restaurants and gather necessary information for onboarding.


Advertising Sales:

  • Sell advertising space and cross-sell various advertising products like CPC, Banners, Premium Positions offered by the company.


Campaign Participation:

  • Achieve monthly targets for acquiring discounts from restaurant partners and encourage participation in promotional campaigns.


Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with restaurant partners via email, phone calls, online presentations, and in-person meetings.


Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners.
  • Educate partners about our online ordering services and promotional offers.


Operations Management:

  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics such as acceptance rates, delivery times, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with restaurants to optimize operations, including menu updates and image enhancements.
