Senior Account Manager (Türkiye)

We’re growing fast and we’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our partnerships and lead client relationships in Türkiye.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with leading brands and retailers in Turkey.
  • Act as the main point of contact leading meetings, following up on actions, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Understand client objectives and turn them into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with our Data, Operations, and Software Development teams for smooth delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support renewals through proactive engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS or data analytics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive and organized mindset, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and a passion for driving growth.
