Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for key clients and lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns with support from internal teams.
  • Maintain client retention and grow revenue and profitability through existing and new accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day activities for assigned e-commerce clients.
  • Conduct business reviews and opportunity meetings with key clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Coordinate invoicing and ensure payments are received on time.
  • Conduct strategic account planning and market research.
  • Analyze reports and data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and events.
  • Develop clear and effective proposals, quotations, and reports for current and prospective clients.
  • Evaluate media plans (digital/social) according to client needs and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations.
