What we expect from you:

• Own end-to-end business operations for the Healthcare vertical, including growth, service launches, city expansion, operational excellence, and profitability
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Medical Teams, and Customer Excellence to deliver high-impact projects
• Establish or improve SOPs, workflows, quality standards, and operational processes across Lab Tests, IV Therapy, GP Consultations, supplements, and other healthcare services
• Build and optimize analytical models, dashboards, unit economics, forecasting, pricing, and funnel insights to drive strategic decisions
• Use research, industry trends, and competitor insights within healthcare / health-tech to identify new service opportunities and category expansion
• Manage and strengthen partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, labs, and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth operations, strong SLAs, and commercial alignment
• Own and improve P&L, contribution margin, discount hygiene, utilization, and operational efficiencies
• Develop scalable business processes, operational improvements, and strategic solution plans to support rapid growth
• Ensure stability, readiness, and high-quality delivery in day-to-day healthcare operations

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, healthcare management, economics, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, healthcare operations, marketplace/aggregator, or tech-enabled services
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets required)
• Excellent written communication, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects end-to-end
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Data-driven decision-making capability with strong business judgment
• High velocity, execution mindset, and bias for action
