We are hiring! Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for technology and cybersecurity? ITBuilders is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Riyadh.

This is an opportunity to manage and grow key accounts, drive revenue, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. If you have a proven track record in the ICT sector and thrive on building long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Client Relationship & Account Growth:

  • Manage, nurture, and expand a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring their success.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and value.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Lead the full sales cycle: identify and qualify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with our technical and pre-sales teams to design and present tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our entire service portfolio.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and maintain an accurate sales forecast.

Project & Delivery Coordination:

  • Ensure a seamless handover from sales to our project management (PMO) and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and act as an escalation point to resolve any issues.

Market Leadership:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and networking.
  • Provide valuable market feedback to leadership to help shape our future strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a B2B Account Management or Sales role, preferably within the ICT, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, network infrastructure (including SD-WAN), and physical security solutions.
  • A proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
