What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Client Relationship & Account Growth:
- Manage, nurture, and expand a portfolio of key enterprise accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring their success.
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and value.
Sales & Business Development:
- Lead the full sales cycle: identify and qualify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with our technical and pre-sales teams to design and present tailored, high-value solutions.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our entire service portfolio.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
Project & Delivery Coordination:
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to our project management (PMO) and delivery teams.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and act as an escalation point to resolve any issues.
Market Leadership:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and networking.
- Provide valuable market feedback to leadership to help shape our future strategy.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a B2B Account Management or Sales role, preferably within the ICT, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure industry.
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, network infrastructure (including SD-WAN), and physical security solutions.
- A proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
