Koinz is looking for a results-driven and strategic
Senior Account Manager
to join our fast-growing commercial team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can own partner relationships end-to-end, drive portfolio growth, and act as a trusted advisor to key accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term partner success, directly contributing to Koinz’s revenue growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Growth: Manage a high-value portfolio of F&B brands in KSA; responsible for hitting GMV and revenue targets

Strategic Consulting: Analyze partner data to identify bottlenecks in their operations (e.g., high bounce rates, low re-order frequency) and pitch Koinz solutions

Negotiation: Lead contract renewals and negotiate marketing participation/promotions

Market Intelligence: Monitor KSA competitors (Jahez, Hungerstation, etc.) and advise partners on staying competitive using Koinz tools
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3–5 years in Account Management or Business Development, ideally in FoodTech or SaaS

Market Context: Deep understanding of the KSA F&B landscape and consumer behavior (e.g., peak times, seasonality like Ramadan)

Tech Literacy: Ability to interpret complex data dashboards and translate them into actionable business reviews

Soft Skills: Sharp negotiation skills; ability to command respect from business owners and C-level executives remotely
