Account Manager – Corporate Training Solutions

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will lead our sales efforts across Riyadh, engaging with corporates, SMEs, government, and semi-government entities to deliver impactful training and development programs.


What You’ll Do

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive B2B sales of training courses and learning solutions across Riyadh.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets .
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across technical, leadership, compliance, and accredited learning portfolios.
  • Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline aligned with business goals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellence and repeat business.
  • Conduct client needs analysis to propose tailored learning solutions matching organizational goals.
  • Lead commercial discussions , pricing, and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.


CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM entries: leads, activities, contacts, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Log all interactions and proposals following CRM governance standards .
  • Deliver reliable sales forecasts and activity reports for management review.


Market & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and outbound activities.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the Saudi corporate training landscape , competitors, and market trends.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, industry events, and business forums.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in training, HR solutions, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM proficiency and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the KSA market is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about organizational development.
