About the Role
We are seeking a commercially strong Senior Account Manager – Government Accounts to manage strategic public-sector accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable account growth across key government portfolios in Saudi Arabia.
This role is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, overseeing account performance, supporting revenue expansion, and ensuring strong alignment between client expectations and internal delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in strategic account management, client growth, and public-sector account leadership within the ICT or technology services sector.
Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic government accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers

Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities

Lead strategic account planning to improve revenue performance, retention, and client value

Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss priorities, and identify new opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and services are delivered effectively

Act as the key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure strong communication and alignment

Oversee account performance across the client lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination through delivery and post-project support

Manage client escalations proactively, coordinate internal resolution, and maintain clear stakeholder communication

Monitor market activity, competitor movement, and client feedback to support account planning and growth strategy

Contribute to account reporting, business reviews, and strategic performance updates
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field

5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing commercial roles

Proven experience managing strategic client accounts and driving account growth

Experience managing government or enterprise accounts is highly preferred

Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong commercial acumen with experience in account growth, retention, and revenue ownership

Ability to manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Strong communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities

Experience in ICT, managed services, or digital solutions is highly preferred.
