Senior Account Manager

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
  • Coordinate internally with creative, operations, finance, and sales teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and services according to client expectations
  • Resolve escalations and client issues efficiently
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Pay: From E£30,000.00 per month
