- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Coordinate internally with creative, operations, finance, and sales teams
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and services according to client expectations
- Resolve escalations and client issues efficiently
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
