Senior Account Manager (IT Sector)

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, own, and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level.
  • Develop and present customized strategies and proposals to clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive business expansion.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and current industry trends.
