SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Geotechnical Laboratory team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably with a civil engineering or construction background.

You will be responsible for managing the entire accounting cycle, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and preparing MIS reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting functions
• Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports and financial statements
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Civil or geotechnical industry background is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of AR, AP, and MIS reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
