As we expand, we are seeking a skilled and committed Senior Accountant to join our finance team immediately. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and experience managing accounts, inventories, and compliance processes.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Accountant with 2–4 years of UAE experience to oversee and support core financial operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and stock management, VAT and corporate tax filings, general ledger management, and managing online portals like Talabat, Noon, and other e-commerce channels. ERP proficiency and professional accounting certifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily financial transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform timely and precise bank reconciliations.
• Supervise and handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Oversee financial management of online portals ( Talabat, Noon, and other e-commerce channels)
• Manage inventory and stock accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing reports.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
• Assist with corporate tax calculations and filings.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Mentor or guide junior accounting staff as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in a relevant accounting role.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, AP/AR, VAT, corporate tax, and inventory/stock management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

• Postgraduate degree: M.Com or MBA (Finance).
• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
