Job Description:

We are seeking only women a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and demonstrate proficiency in financial software. Prior experience in the limousine or transportation industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Manage the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, local laws, and tax regulations.
  • Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, and present reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of company financial transactions.
  • Provide financial advice and insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in limousine/transportation industry is highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and preparation of full-set financial statements.
  • Proficient in accounting and financial management software such as [e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books — specify based on company software].
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with limousine company accounting practices (e.g., fleet accounting, driver settlements, commission tracking).
