Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations in restaurants, cafés, and confectionery outlets, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports, monitoring the performance of each branch or location.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for suppliers and customers, ensuring regular bank reconciliations.
• Oversee daily sales and revenue, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Manage cash handling and cash accounts, ensuring alignment with accounting records.
• Prepare cost reports and monitor inventory and product/beverage costs to ensure profitability.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and support senior management in financial decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required data and documentation.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures tailored to the restaurant, café, and confectionery sector.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of proven accounting experience , preferably in the restaurants, cafés, or confectionery sector.
• Proven experience in cash management and cash handling .
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Saudi financial and tax regulations.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to prepare accurate reports.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
