A leading company in the construction sector is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of continuous experience specifically in construction companies. CVs that do not clearly meet this requirement will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly and annual reports.
• Oversee daily accounting entries and journal postings.
• Manage project accounts and track expenses for each project.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control processes.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience exclusively in construction companies.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (such as ERP, SAP, etc.).
• High analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
