Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Manage and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Financial Reporting

1. Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including management reports and statutory reports.

2. Analyze and interpret financial data, providing insights and recommendations to management.

3. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Financial Analysis

1. Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.

2. Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and cost savings.

3. Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.

Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

2. Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing and implementing risk management strategies.

3. Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Talley Required

Experience

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing financial accounting and reporting.

Skills

1. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications

1. CA, CPA, or ACCA certification.

Language Skills

1. Fluency in local languages (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
