Senior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally and sound knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and support audit requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain inventory and asset registers in Tally.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and management for smooth financial operations.
• Handle complete accounting cycle independently — from data entry to finalization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in a small or mid-sized firm handling accounting end-to-end.
• Exposure to GST filing, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience coordinating with auditors or consultants.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
