Senior Accountant

We are a fast-growing holiday homes company in Dubai, specializing in providing premium short-term rentals with exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability for holiday homes operations.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (hospitality, real estate, or holiday homes industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE accounting practices, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
