Senior Accountant

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reports. You will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

Managing a Company's Accounts payable and receivable.

Ensuring Payments, Amounts and Records are Correct.

Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll and fixed assets.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

Conduct weekly and monthly closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Manage all financial transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax compliance is a plus.

Days: Mon - Fri.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
