A transport Company is looking for experience Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update all ledgers (customer, supplier, cash, bank).
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow summaries.
- Monitor and control company expenses with variance reporting to management.
- Generate and issue invoices for Clients, School Parents and other service contracts.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain aging reports.
- Review and verify supplier bills, fuel bills, maintenance bills, and spare part invoices.
- Ensure payments are made within agreed credit periods.
- Keep track of all Maintenance related payments and invoices.
- Cross Check calling vendors for spare parts for price changes.
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and WPS files.
- Maintain employee advances, deductions, and end-of-service settlements.
- Assist in VAT return preparation and filing with complete backup documentation.
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure all accounting policies comply with Qatar financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the transport or logistics sector in Qatar.
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of WPS, VAT filing, and local financial compliance.
- Excellent command of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial reporting).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Urdu both
