Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers (Sales, Purchase, General Ledger).
• Post journal entries and adjustments with proper documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare & file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and perform GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation.
• Handle TDS computation, deduction & return filing.
• Maintain statutory records and support audit processes.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliation.
• Monitor cash & bank balances; prepare banking documentation.
• Maintain petty cash records accurately.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain receivables/payables aging reports.

Vendor & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding dues.
• Verify vendor bills and resolve discrepancies.

Other Responsibilities

• Support management with financial insights.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Candidates living near Dadar / Central Mumbai preferred.
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
