Senior Accountant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry Preference: Polyplast / Masterbatch / Plastic Manufacturing
Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP.
• Oversee general ledger, asset register, and trial balance.
• Ensure accurate posting of sales, purchase, journal, and stock entries.
• Handle monthly closing, reconciliation, and books finalization.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Manage TDS/TCS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure full compliance with ROC, Income Tax, and other manufacturing-related regulations.

3. Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting

• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Coordinate with store and production teams for stock updates and consumption reports.
• Maintain costing sheets for masterbatch / polyplast production.
• Verify BOM, production loss %, and cost variation reports.

4. Financial Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense analysis.
• Monitor receivables/payables and handle vendor & customer ledgers.
• Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

5. Banking & Payroll

• Manage bank reconciliation, LC payments, vendor payments, and petty cash.
• Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, attendance verification, and statutory deductions (PF/ESIC/PT).

6. Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banking officials, and internal departments.
• Guide junior accountants and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Tally Prime, Excel, GST portal & e-invoice system.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory control.
• Understanding of PF, ESIC, bonus, and statutory payroll compliances.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in polyplast / masterbatch / plastic manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
