Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP.</li><li>Oversee general ledger, asset register, and trial balance.</li><li>Ensure accurate posting of sales, purchase, journal, and stock entries.</li><li>Handle monthly closing, reconciliation, and books finalization.</li></ul>2. Taxation &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).</li><li>Manage TDS/TCS calculation, deduction, and return filing.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with ROC, Income Tax, and other manufacturing-related regulations.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Manufacturing Accounting<ul><li>Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.</li><li>Coordinate with store and production teams for stock updates and consumption reports.</li><li>Maintain costing sheets for masterbatch / polyplast production.</li><li>Verify BOM, production loss %, and cost variation reports.</li></ul>4. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense analysis.</li><li>Monitor receivables/payables and handle vendor &amp; customer ledgers.</li><li>Support management in budgeting and financial planning.</li></ul>5. Banking &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Manage bank reconciliation, LC payments, vendor payments, and petty cash.</li><li>Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, attendance verification, and statutory deductions (PF/ESIC/PT).</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Coordinate with CA, auditors, banking officials, and internal departments.</li><li>Guide junior accountants and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong command of Tally Prime, Excel, GST portal &amp; e-invoice system.</li><li>Good knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory control.</li><li>Understanding of PF, ESIC, bonus, and statutory payroll compliances.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in polyplast / masterbatch / plastic manufacturing industry (preferred).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities1. Export Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificates, etc.</li><li>Ensure documents comply with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance and filing of export declarations.</li><li>Maintain updated knowledge of customs notifications, HS codes, duty structures, and regulatory changes.</li></ul>2. Shipment Coordination<ul><li>Plan and schedule shipments (FCL/LCL/Air) in coordination with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams.</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and insurance companies for timely dispatch.</li><li>Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.</li><li>Handle export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, EPCG, Advance Authorization (if applicable).</li></ul>3. Customer &amp; Internal Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with international customers regarding shipping details, documentation requirements, and dispatch confirmation.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and export order priorities.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC for providing MSDS, COA, and other product-related documentation.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Dispatch Management<ul><li>Work with stores/warehouse for stock availability, packaging, and dispatch readiness.</li><li>Monitor packaging compliance specific to masterbatch material such as bag labeling, palletization standards, and export-grade packing.</li></ul>5. Record Keeping &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of export shipments, customs filings, documents, and compliance papers.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on export volume, freight costs, export incentives claimed/pending, and shipment schedules.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs clearance, and DGFT regulations.</li><li>Experience with masterbatch or chemical/plastic manufacturing is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in HS codes, Incoterms, logistics processes, and shipping documentation.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and international customers.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge (SAP/Tally/Oracle) preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in export and customs operations, preferably in masterbatch or chemical manufacturing.</li><li>Familiarity with DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and international logistics workflows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
