Key Responsibilities
1. Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificates, etc.
- Ensure documents comply with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance and filing of export declarations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of customs notifications, HS codes, duty structures, and regulatory changes.
2. Shipment Coordination
- Plan and schedule shipments (FCL/LCL/Air) in coordination with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and insurance companies for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Handle export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, EPCG, Advance Authorization (if applicable).
3. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Communicate with international customers regarding shipping details, documentation requirements, and dispatch confirmation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and export order priorities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for providing MSDS, COA, and other product-related documentation.
4. Inventory & Dispatch Management
- Work with stores/warehouse for stock availability, packaging, and dispatch readiness.
- Monitor packaging compliance specific to masterbatch material such as bag labeling, palletization standards, and export-grade packing.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of export shipments, customs filings, documents, and compliance papers.
- Prepare periodic reports on export volume, freight costs, export incentives claimed/pending, and shipment schedules.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs clearance, and DGFT regulations.
- Experience with masterbatch or chemical/plastic manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HS codes, Incoterms, logistics processes, and shipping documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and international customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge (SAP/Tally/Oracle) preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in export and customs operations, preferably in masterbatch or chemical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and international logistics workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
