Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
