Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 4–5 years of hands-on accounting experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and internal policies
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other applicable returns
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
• Support management with financial analysis and reports as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements

• Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference
• Knowledge of local statutory and compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,354.15 - ₹50,329.31 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
