Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of group accounts
• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS
• VAT and corporate tax compliance and reporting
• Monthly closure activities
• Invoice matching and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS)
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audit processes
• Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational finance needs

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CA / ACCA / CPA/CMA (required)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in consulting or audit
• Strong experience with accounting software: Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central
• Industry experience in trading, logistics, warehousing, or related sectors
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• High ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting and conduct
