Senior Accountant

AKX Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing investment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and business financial models.
• Perform business forecasting and budgeting to support management decisions.
• Handle project accounting, including cost tracking and financial evaluation.
• Support financial planning and identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the financial evaluation of projects, PPPs, and cross-border investments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Strong experience in business forecasting, budgeting, and project accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
