Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal
entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage billing, invoicing, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Mandatory: At least 2 continuous years of recent work experience with no employment gap
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
Work Timings
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
