Senior Accountant

Working Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

FabCraft International LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally and ERP systems, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily accounting entries in Tally and ERP systems
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliation
• Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Manage purchase, sales, journal, and expense entries
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy of ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet
• Support GST-related work, including return filing, reconciliation, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as an Accountant (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and any ERP system
• Good understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting-related documentation
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• M.Com or relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage
