Senior Accountant – D2C / E-commerce (The Hamper Exchange)

Location: Mumbai | Work Type: Full-time or Hybrid (minimum 2 office visits per week)

About Us:

The Hamper Exchange is a growing D2C premium gifting brand with customized products and multi-channel sales (website, marketplaces, B2B orders).

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end accounting using Tally & Zoho

Daily bookkeeping: sales invoices (D2C, B2B, marketplaces), purchases, expenses

GST & TDS compliance: returns, reconciliation, payments

Inventory accounting and reconciliation (SKU-wise)

Accounting finalisation and monthly/annual closures

Coordination with CA for audits, ITR, and statutory filings

MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries

Basic banking, payment tracking, and legal compliance support

Eligibility & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification

2–4 years experience (preferably D2C / e-commerce / retail)

Strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho

Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and inventory accounting

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Compensation:

Full-time: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Hybrid: ₹10,000 per month

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹14,978.02 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
