Job Summary

IG Aatreyas Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage complete financial operations of the company. The role includes handling accounts, supervising the junior accounting team, coordinating with CA, CS, and external agencies, and ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting and financial operations of IG Aatreyas Pvt Ltd.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely work.
• Finalize books of accounts, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), auditors, and consultants.
• Maintain proper financial records, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and working capital management.
• Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and internal financial controls.
• Handle ROC and compliance-related documentation in coordination with CS.
• Ensure discipline, systems, and process improvement in the accounts department.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com .
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in managing accounting teams.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial data and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
