About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate development company engaged in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly competent, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and fund management

Real Estate & Project Accounting

• Handle project-wise accounting and cost allocation
• Manage contractor billing (RA bills), work order reconciliation
• Track project expenses vs budget
• Coordinate with site engineers for billing and certification

Taxation & Compliance

• GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 9)
• TDS calculation, filing & reconciliation
• Income Tax compliance
• ROC compliance (if applicable)
• Liaison with auditors, tax consultants & banks

Payroll & Vendor Management

• Process payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT)
• Vendor ledger management
• Payment scheduling and bank reconciliation

Internal Controls

• Implement financial discipline and reporting systems
• Detect discrepancies and prevent financial leakage
• Assist management in financial planning & budgeting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
• 5+ years experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Experience in project accounting & contractor billing
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• High integrity, confidentiality & accountability
