Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling taxation matters, and supervising junior accounting staff.

Experience Required: Minimum 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting cycle up to finalization of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B)
• Perform GST reconciliation and ensure timely filing of returns
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing
• Conduct daily bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Maintain purchase and sales entries, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes
• Monitor accounts receivable & payable
• Maintain employee salary records, advances, and reimbursements
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Coordinate with CA and tax consultants for compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Experience in manufacturing accounts preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle team and work independently

• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
