About the Company:
United Medical Industries Limited Co. LLC (UNIMED) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The role is based at our factory office and reports directly to the Chief Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute financial policies and activities assigned by management.
• Prepare journal entries from various documents including purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes, bank deposits, receipt vouchers, and salary statements.
• Post entries in financial ledgers and prepare monthly trial balances.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain fixed assets ledger, updating depreciation based on additions and deletions.
• Send and reconcile statements of accounts with customers and suppliers.
• Verify day-to-day transactions of stores and maintain cash and bank transaction records.
• Conduct physical stock and fixed assets inventories, resolving discrepancies between actual and book balances.
• Prepare and check sales invoices, ensuring accuracy against sales orders.
• Execute additional tasks as requested by the Chief Accountant.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skills:
• Strong responsibility and self-leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software
• Strong filing and documentation skills
• Languages: English (required); Arabic is an advantage.
• Training: Knowledge of accounting packages, production cycle, and willingness to complete any required training to improve skills.

Internal & External Relations:

• Coordinate with all departments to implement financial policies.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.
• External interactions are minimal.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
