Responsibilities
· Manage and deliver bookkeeping, accounting, compliance, and advisory services for multiple clients simultaneously.
· Apply and maintain strong technical accounting and tax knowledge to ensure exceptional service quality.
· Prepare complete and accurate workpapers for financial statements and business tax returns.
· Evaluate and analyze issues using available data, identifying when further inquiry or escalation is needed.
· Collaborate proactively with internal teams and client contacts to track progress, address questions, and move deliverables forward.
· Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support client decision-making.
· Lead and improve internal processes or client workflows as assigned.
Competencies
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to make sound decisions.
· Highly organized with excellent time management.
· Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and common accounting technologies.
· Clear, concise communicator with excellent listening skills.
· Strong follow-through and task ownership.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
· Education - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education
· Certifications - None required. Desirable – CPA with current license
· Experience - 3+ years of public accounting experience

Selection Process
We use a brief assessment to better understand each candidate’s skills before scheduling interviews. Selected candidates will then interview, with background checks completed only for finalists.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
