Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense claims

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and UAE financial laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Female candidates preferred due to business requirements
