Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting, preferably within the jewellery or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory in coordination with production and sales teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Verify purchase invoices, job orders, and manufacturing expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation and control over stock movement and valuation.
• Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in jewellery manufacturing or trading.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
