Pay Range: $70K - $90K per year (Based on Experience)

While our environment is fun and inviting, this is a critical role within our company. As our Senior Accountant, you will be the backbone of our accounting and financial analysis. Your insights will directly impact our strategic decisions, making your organization, time management, and positive attitude essential to our collective success. You will be expected to handle all roles finance and accounting related. One day you may be sending invoices, the next you may be forecasting inventory usage, then sitting on a call negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, managing month- end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. You will prepare detailed financial statements, reconcile complex accounts, and assist with external audits. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with leadership and various departments to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency. Because your work drives our business strategy and financial health, your ability to manage time effectively and stay highly organized is paramount.

Requirements

following key requirements.

Requirement Description

• Certification CPA or CPA eligible is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with proven experience in a senior accounting role.
• Technical Skills Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to see your colleagues succeed.
