Job Title: Senior Accountant
Company: Jebla Coffee Roasters (Kuwait)

Jebla Coffee Roasters is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the coffee industry or the broader Food & Beverage (F&B) sector and be capable of managing financial operations effectively.

Key Requirements:

• ACCA qualified or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum relevant experience in coffee business or F&B industry
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar accounting systems
• Familiarity with applications such as Foodics and ZenHR
• Strong experience in payroll processing and calculations
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Expertise in pricing strategies, financial reporting, and analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements
• Handle payroll processing and compliance
• Monitor cost structures and support pricing decisions
• Ensure proper use and integration of ERP systems
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies

Salary:
KWD 400 – 450 (based on experience and qualifications)
