Senior Accountant

Accountant (F&B Experience Required)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry have 10+ years of experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience handling multiple outlets or business units is an advantage
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Manage cash flow, profitability, and cost control across all F&B operations
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
• Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, and compliance requirements
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management/owners
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations and tax requirements
• Improve operational efficiency and financial systems
