Senior Accountant

We are Abu Dhabi based company looking a Senior Accountant with Recruiting Company Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Specific: Supervise high-volume payroll and invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with client service agreements (SOWs/PO) .
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss (P&L) statements Fugro
• Closing & General Ledger: Lead month-end/year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations DevsData
• Compliance: Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., local labor laws, tax audits) Workable +1.
• Management & Strategy: Supervise junior accountants/bookkeepers, analyze financial data for management, and improve financial procedures Breezy HR +1.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6+ years of post-qualification accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in the recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing industry .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred .
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle) Workable +1.
• Attributes: High accuracy, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure Better team.

Preferred Experience

• Handling complex, multi-currency invoicing for international clients.
• Knowledge of specific recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience in a Big 4 firm is sometimes requested

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
