SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with Oman VAT and financial regulations
• Handle payroll processing and WPS compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
• Monitor project costing and profitability analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of accounting experience
• Experience in construction / contracting industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and VAT in Oman
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities

Preferred

• Professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CMA)
• GCC experience (especially Oman)
