Job Title: Senior Accountant
Experience: 3–5 Years (UAE Experience Required)
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, financial reporting, and receivables. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho, CRM systems, Focus ERP, or similar platforms.

Candidates with experience in the ceramics and sanitaryware industry will be given preference. Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor general ledger entries and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Credit Control:

  • Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Resolve billing issues and client disputes
  • Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on credit policies

Accounting Software & Systems:

  • Operate accounting software such as Zoho, CRM, Focus ERP, or similar
  • Generate financial and MIS reports from ERP systems
  • Ensure accurate data entry and system reporting

Industry-Specific Tasks (Ceramics & Sanitaryware):

  • Handle product costing and inventory records
  • Manage SKU tracking and product codes
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for accurate invoicing

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting/finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with Zoho, CRM systems, and ERP software is required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
